How to bridge the distance between business strategy and design


In the past five years, my entire interest was focused on making the branding, what it is, how to deal with it, and what are the logical steps for launching it.

Whenever I had the opportunity to search for a new topic, I saw myself choosing a book, article, or podcast that talks about the brand.

I found a lot of experts in this field. But one day while I was watching an episode of Chris Do and there was an interview with Marty Neumeier. I did not know this person, but I was stopped by a lot of terms and things that must be stopped and understood more logically. And I bought his book The Brand Gap. And I found a lot of interesting information about how to link business and design. Also how the professional branding of the brand makes the business last. Plus how the branding strategy is important to know the strengths and weaknesses of any business. Moreover how to deal with the customer and who is the target customer. Furthermore how the elements of visual identity are important and facilitate the work of the strategic department.

Brand identity is not a logo. A logo is a very simple part of it and there are many important elements to creating a consistent, strong, and influential brand.

I do not want to spoil you the pleasure of reading this book and I hope to hear your comments after reading it.
